Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in the same condition as received and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at kafsquadshop@gmail.com before sending the item back. We will provide instructions on how and where to return your order.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, your statutory rights are not affected and we will deal with the return in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Health & Hygiene Products

Certain sealed goods may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return once unsealed where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you about your refund.

For eligible returns, we will refund you to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. We will process refunds within the time required by applicable UK consumer law.

Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
